WHAT CAN YOU DO NOW TO GET INSTANT RELIEF?
OK, so as a short term relief here is an exercise that is simple and effective and should take the edge off.
For relief from Leg pain:
Sit on the floor with the good leg stretched out in front of you. Hold the ankle of the painful leg and gently pull it towards the chest. Hold for the count of five. Relax and do it again a couple of times.
For relief from Butt Pain:
Sit carefully on the edge of your chair or couch and place one leg (aching side) on top of the other knee. For example if your left side is aching, place your left leg so that the left ankle sits on top of the right knee. Now gently pull your left knee towards your right shoulder. Do this a couple of times.
For relief from Back Pain:
Lie on your back with your knees bent. Keep your legs together and arms at your sides. Roll both knees over to one side slowly until totally relaxed. Hold this position for the count of ten then do the same on the other side.
Lie on your back, hold one knee at a time and pull it gently toward your chest. Hold for a count of ten and repeat with the other knee.
